A Journey That Became a Calling

Love & Light Palms was founded by Charla Woods-Favors, a Reiki II Practitioner whose personal healing journey transformed into a lifelong mission of helping others discover the power of holistic wellness.

Following a spinal fusion surgery, Charla was told that long-term medication would become part of her life. Instead of accepting that as her only path forward, she began exploring natural approaches that supported healing beyond the physical body. That search led her to Reiki—a practice that changed not only how she viewed healing, but how she viewed herself.

Experiencing the profound impact of energy work inspired Charla to share that same sense of peace, hope, and empowerment with others. Today, every session is guided by compassion, presence, and the belief that healing begins from within.
